Satan Causes Suffering

Mortality Rates, late naming due to frequent death 50% died before age 5, 60% before age 20

Symptoms: Eliplesey(?) - Luke's version is short b/c he knew the other versions existed
Demon tries to kill him, into fire, into water
The son couldn't even cry out for help due to the demons vocal suppression
Suffering
I so easily believe the lie that God is at fault in suffering, Father keep my mind
God's Creation was prefect without suffering
God is sovereign but not everything that happens is what he wants
But he can use the enemy's evil for good
The end shows that God wins, but in the middle there are casualties
Satan cannot be beaten by anybody, only God

Disciples: couldn't caste out demons
Failed to pray (from Mark) to God, stood in their own power
Faithlessness => unplugged from Jesus, things go bad
Jesus feels annoyed by their lack of faithfulness, infront of a big crowd
Jesus was annoyed in a righteous way, men didn't help the needy kid b/c they walked in unbelief

Jesus Suffered to Defeat Satan, Forgive Sin, and End Suffering
Disciples didn't pay attention and failed to get the point, they paid more attention than I did when I have read this a dozen times
Jesus' Identity: Son of God - said this often "Son of Man" - daniel 7:13-14 - Son of Man given all power and dominion forever, all will serve him
Jesus' Role: Sacrifice - A victory was made over darkness, but a long war is raging and Christ marches toward Jerusalem
A substitute is needed to end our spiritual suffering in this life, and ultimately end our suffering forever in thr kingdom
Do I have faith in Jesus?
religious, moral, spiritual faith are bullshit
The subject of my faith is the key, Jesus - "Jesus help my unbelief"
Do I talk to God, or do I only pray after I fail?
